Tickets are available as of 5 p.m. (local time) August 15th and can be purchased at centralrelacionamento.sescsp.org.br, through the app Credencial Sesc SP, or at a ticket booth at any Sesc branch. Please verify the maximum number of tickets a person (with a Brazilian Taxpayer Number – CPF) can buy for each show.
Please access our Ticket Sales Policy for information about our return policy for tickets bought online. Tickets bought in person cannot be returned or exchanged to a different date, time, or show.
For children’s activities, children under the age of 12 are allowed free entrance, but they will need to present a ticket.
Buying tickets in the wrong category does not warrant a refund for the price difference.
You can buy tickets at Sesc Santos from Tuesdays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On the days when there are activities happening at Teatro Municipal Brás Cubas, Teatro Rosinha Mastrângelo, Teatro Guarany, Casa da Frontaria Azulejada, Arcos do Valongo, Centro Espanhol de Santos, Centro Cultural Português, Outeiro de Santa Catarina, or CEU das Artes, if there are tickets available, they will be sold at the venue one hour prior to each activity.
Tickets will be available for online purchase until two hours prior to the beginning of each show.
Upon buying tickets, the Brazilian Taxpayer ID Number (CPF) of the person responsible for booking or reserving tickets will be linked to the transaction, and sales will be limited in cases where there is a maximum number of tickets allowed per person.
After a purchase is concluded, the ticket(s) with QR Code(s) will be submitted to the registered email and will be available on the app Credencial Sesc at “Meus Pedidos (My purchases) > Ingressos (Tickets)” or at Central de Relacionamento Digital (the digital client service platform) at “Ingressos (Tickets) > Meus Pedidos (My purchases)”.
You must present either your print ticket or e-ticket on your phone at the access control to allow QR Code scanning.
Please check the location of the activity of your choice in the program in order to participate. Free activities do not require tickets, except when informed otherwise.
Accepted payment methods for tickets bought in person at Sesc SP branches include cash, Pix, debit card, and credit card—Mastercard, Visa, Hipercard, Elo, Maestro, Aura, Cabal—and the Alelo Vale Cultura card.
Online purchases can be made with Mastercard, Visa, Elo Crédito, or Hipercard credit card.
